Join Bitpanda as a QA Engineer within our Quality Engineering team. You will play a critical role in safeguarding the stability, performance, and security of our products, working alongside Software Engineers to test the financial services used by millions across Europe.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for mobile and web platforms, performing manual, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.
- Partner with Product Managers and Designers to review requirements, ensuring new features are feasible, testable, and aligned with user needs.
- Identify, document, and track bugs via Jira, working directly with developers to facilitate swift resolution and maintain high-quality standards.
- Embed quality early in the sprint cycle by collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining rigorous test documentation.
- Guide and mentor engineers to take ownership of quality, driving improvements in overall test coverage and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Professional experience in mobile and web testing with a passion for product quality.
- Hands-on experience with QA tools such as Postman, JIRA-XRay, Android Studio, and Xcode.
- A detail-oriented, structured mindset and a desire to learn how complex systems work.
- Motivation to work in a fast-paced, agile environment as part of a multicultural team.
