Responsibilities
- plan and lead manual / automation testing initiatives to ensure software release meet or exceeded requirements
- reviewing and analyzing system specifications
- identify and communicate opportunities for product improvement
- report bugs / errors to development teams and help troubleshoot issues
- work with networking equipment for test coverage purpose
- work within a team of other developers and testers
- design, test and implement AI-powered solutions for internal processes and customer-facing products
- willingness to learn new things on a regular basis
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience testing modern web and mobile applications
- general understanding in Networking (Internet, WiFi, VLAN, Firewall, VPN etc.)
- strong understanding in MQA / AQA testing process
- an understanding of good UX and the ability to identify issues
- responsibility, accuracy, focus on detail
- analytical mind and problem solving skills
- fluent in English (daily basis in written form) and Czech
- base knowledge of Unix/Linux (shell commands, ssh)
- experience with Jira and Confluence or similar ticketing and documentation services
- experience with TestRail / Test Suite creation or other similar services
- experience with AI tools - Claude, Codex, etc.
