Responsibilities
- Lead the automation-focused QA team with an emphasis on early testing integration.
- Work alongside developers to ensure software quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Build and maintain automated testing frameworks and supporting libraries.
- Partner with QA leadership to set objectives, track team output, and align processes.
- Provide technical mentorship and career growth support to automation engineers.
- Lead the creation of robust, scalable test automation architectures.
- Contribute to and review test planning, strategies, and automated script code.
- Enforce high standards in code quality, test coverage, and continuous integration practices.
- Engage in system design discussions to enhance testability and product reliability.
- Coordinate with engineering, DevOps, and product units for end-to-end SDLC alignment.
- Identify skill gaps and foster a culture of learning within the QA team.
