Smarkets is looking for a QA Analyst (Contractor – Indiana) to ensure the quality and performance of our Smarkets and BetSBK platforms as we launch and grow in Indiana. Your mission is to rigorously test key user journeys, identify issues, and provide actionable feedback to help take our product from 70% readiness to 100% market-fit.
What You'll Do
- Conduct functional and usability testing of our U.S. (Indiana) experience across web and mobile apps.
- Test core customer journeys including Landing → Sign-up, Sign-up → Login, Promo Opt-in → Deposit, Deposit → Bet Placement → Cashout → Withdrawal, and Customer Support & KYC Flows.
- Document all issues with clear reproduction steps, screenshots, and recordings.
- Join live testing sessions with the Product team.
- Provide a full QA report in English, including usability feedback, bug reports, and improvement recommendations.
- Verify fixes and validate product readiness.
What We're Looking For
- Must be physically located in Indiana for testing geolocation compliance.
- No existing Smarkets or SBK account.
- Detail-oriented with QA testing experience for web and mobile platforms.
- Analytical thinker with strong documentation skills.
- Comfortable participating in remote live walkthroughs.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with U.S. sports betting regulations.
- QA testing experience in gaming or betting.
Team & Environment
You will join live testing sessions with the Product team.
