Experian is hiring a QA Analyst to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and performance of our databases, collections, and research systems. You will play a critical role in validating complex data flows and automating test coverage by collaborating with developers, product managers, and database administrators.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute test plans for data workflows, eligibility transactions, and collections.
- Perform regression, functional, and performance testing across GVAP systems.
- Identify and document defects, inconsistencies, and edge cases in data processing.
- Collaborate with partners to understand reporting and data validation requirements.
- Develop automated test scripts using QA tools, SQL, GVAP and maintain test scripts.
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing on data pipelines and integrations.
- Produce detailed QA reports highlighting test coverage, defects, and insights.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related quality issues.
- Participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming to ensure QA readiness.
- Partner with teams to understand data flows and quality requirements.
- Collaborate with IT and data management teams to enhance QA processes and tooling.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in QA or a similar role within database environments.
- 2+ years’ experience with data visualization tools for QA reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Nice to Have
- Advanced degrees or certifications in QA are beneficial.
