Responsibilities
- Ensure comprehensive quality across the entire platform lifecycle, from initial feature development to live customer deployments
- Identify and address potential issues early by conducting proactive testing, stress-testing systems, and uncovering overlooked edge cases
- Collaborate with engineering and product management teams during development to establish clear quality benchmarks and highlight potential risks
- Manage and update test environments that mirror real-world production setups, including on-premises enterprise installations
- Analyze customer-reported bugs, replicate issues, assess impact, and facilitate timely fixes with engineering
- Develop and document scalable QA practices and internal processes, setting the foundation as the first dedicated quality assurance hire
