IT Labs is hiring a Python (MLOps) Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This role focuses on building scalable backend solutions with Python and FastAPI, working with cloud-native technologies, and contributing to our machine learning infrastructure. You will play a key role in developing systems that interact with ML models and deploying solutions using modern MLOps practices.

What You'll Do

Develop, maintain, and scale backend services using Python.
Implement solutions within cloud environments, particularly AWS, utilizing tools such as Kubernetes and Helm.
Design and build services that send and receive data from ML models.
Collaborate closely with data scientists and ML engineers to ensure smooth deployment and integration of machine learning models.
Apply best practices in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and API design.
Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of backend systems.
Adapt quickly to diverse client environments and coding standards.

What We're Looking For

4+ years of experience in Python backend development.
Solid understanding and practical experience with MLOps concepts and pipelines.
Hands-on experience with AWS services.
Proficiency in Kubernetes, Helm, and containerized deployments.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain high attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams and clients.
