Remote Raven seeks a Purchasing Manager to lead procurement operations remotely, supporting our U.S.-based HVAC and electrical divisions. In this role, you will ensure the timely sourcing of materials and drive cost efficiencies while coordinating closely with our domestic teams.
What You'll Do
- Execute purchasing strategies across HVAC and electrical divisions.
- Coordinate daily procurement activities for U.S.-based operations.
- Manage supplier relationships, including pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and rebates with vendors and distributors.
- Track and manage purchase orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and support warehouse and field teams.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve purchasing efficiency.
- Maintain accurate purchasing data within ERP systems.
- Collaborate with U.S. teams across operations, finance, and leadership.
- Support standardization of purchasing processes across locations.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain.
- Experience supporting U.S.-based companies or working in remote roles.
- Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and purchasing platforms.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Experience in HVAC, electrical, construction, or service industries.
- Familiarity with U.S. suppliers such as Ferguson, Winsupply, or Grainger.
- Experience working in multi-location or high-growth environments.
