Responsibilities
- Manage the preparation and processing of clinical trial site contracts
- Collaborate with legal departments to negotiate contract terms
- Ensure execution of site agreements within project timelines
- Maintain accurate records of contract status and milestones
- Coordinate with clinical operations teams to align contract progress with study timelines
- Review and interpret sponsor requirements for contract compliance
- Communicate regularly with clinical sites regarding contract status
- Support the development of standardized contract templates
- Track contract execution across multiple regions and countries
- Identify and escalate potential delays in contract finalization
- Ensure all contractual terms align with regulatory and ethical guidelines
- Facilitate signature collection from all required parties
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity throughout the contract process
- Assist in audits and regulatory inspections related to contract documentation
- Provide updates on contract metrics to project managers
- Work with finance teams to ensure payment terms are accurately reflected
- Resolve discrepancies in contract language between parties
- Support training initiatives for new contract team members
- Utilize contract management systems for documentation and tracking
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and external regulatory standards
- Prepare reports on contract cycle times and performance indicators
- Coordinate with external vendors when applicable
- Adapt contract processes to meet regional legal requirements
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Contribute to cross-functional project meetings as needed
