The IMA Group seeks an experienced Provider Recruiter to support our national expansion across 35+ medical offices. This role requires specialized experience recruiting providers for evaluation-based government exam programs, such as VA, disability, IME, or occupational health contracts.
What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle provider recruitment with a national scope.
- Directly source candidates using licensing boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, and provider directories.
- Conduct cold outreach and develop a consistent candidate pipeline.
- Screen providers for current licensure, malpractice history, and credentialing readiness.
- Partner with operations teams to ensure successful provider launches.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and internal standard operating procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of direct provider recruitment experience.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting physicians (MD/DO), psychologists (PhD/PsyD), speech language pathologists (SLP), nurse practitioners (NP), and physician assistants (PA).
- Background supporting VA, disability, IME, occupational health, or government services contracts.
- Experience recruiting for per-exam, per-unit, salaried, and productivity-based compensation models.
- Proven ownership of recruiting metrics, including starts and strategic time-to-fill.
- Ability to work within regulated, credentialing-heavy environments.

Benefits & Compensation
- Annual salary range of $65,000 – $80,000, based on evaluation-based recruiting experience.
