About the Role

Cigna Healthcare is hiring a Provider Inquiries Representative fluent in English & Spanish & (Portuguese or German) to join our new global Provider Services Organization. You will be the primary contact for our global healthcare partners, managing their accounts, supporting their daily interactions, and educating them on Cigna's operating model and processes.

What You'll Do

  • Provide direct support to healthcare partners for their day-to-day inquiries.
  • Manage the partnership with health provider accounts, such as hospitals and clinics.
  • Support providers from initial onboarding follow-up through daily and monthly interactions.
  • Educate providers on effectively navigating Cigna's operating model.
  • Assist providers globally with claims and payments-related inquiries.
  • Resolve more complex cases, including provider complaints, by partnering with other internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrated experience.
  • Active, professional knowledge of English at a C1 level.
  • Active, professional knowledge of Portuguese and/or German at a B2 level.
  • The ability to connect with and support providers in languages other than English, such as Portuguese, Spanish, or German.

Nice to Have

  • Academic studies in Translation and Interpreting, Foreign Languages, or Accounting are highly valued.

You will be a foundational member of our new global Provider Services Organization, working with colleagues and healthcare partners worldwide.
