Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is looking for a Property Manager to oversee the full spectrum of Property Management Services at our site in Ahmedabad. You will report to the Operation Manager, focusing on smooth operations and enhanced efficiency through innovation and technology.

What You'll Do

Enable site manpower to face challenges by guiding, grooming, developing, and supporting them.
Formulate budgeting controls and monitor SLA’s & KPI’s for effective service delivery.
Maintain service level agreements and ensure performance indicator scores exceed excellence.
Manage the timely renewal of agreements, invoice submission, and payment follow-ups.
Oversee all vendor quotations and invoices.
Ensure proper signoffs for attendance and details for cost sheet submission.
Submit client-approved cost sheets to the JLL office promptly and follow up on invoicing.
Ensure the accuracy of all billing information.
Conduct manpower planning for the site and play a major role in the hiring process.
Perform daily site rounds to ensure proper maintenance of all structures, building facilities, and services.
Foster proper teamwork across all facility functions.
Assist the client SPOC in creating the annual budget and formulating effective management strategies.
Review and update all data, emails, and client files in hard and soft copy.
Address occupant queries verbally and in writing.
Establish and maintain a robust complaint management process.
Communicate operational complications to occupants and authorities.
Ensure adherence to all health, life safety regulations, and manuals on site.
Implement and enforce all risk assessment recommendations for compliance.
Create business continuity plans.
Resolve emergency maintenance matters with urgency.
Maintain exemplary relationships with projects, consultants, contractors, government authorities, and statutory agencies.
Create and submit daily management reports (DMR) and monthly management reports (MMR).
Coordinate and maintain the as-built drawing and transition document library.
Work closely with regional RO/HO/SME/Training teams to ensure closure of all required reports.
Facilitate services under the slogan “No Safety No Work.”

What We're Looking For

A Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Marine Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 7 to 8 years of experience in the Facility Industry, Real Estate, Hotel, or Construction Industry.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
Strong understanding of and ability to manage people dynamics.
