Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and refine organization-wide project management frameworks, standards, and governance models, primarily based on Waterfall methodology
- Maintain uniformity, scalability, and compliance with industry best practices across all initiatives
- Supervise the complete project portfolio, covering prioritization, resource allocation, and strategic alignment
- Improve resource deployment to enhance delivery speed and effectiveness
- Manage financial aspects of projects, including budget development, forecasting, and margin oversight
- Ensure project completion within approved budgets while meeting profitability goals
- Implement risk management protocols to detect, evaluate, and reduce potential threats
- Lead resolution of high-impact issues affecting project timelines or results
- Develop performance indicators, dashboards, and reporting systems to track project progress
- Deliver executive-level reports and analytical insights to guide strategic decisions
- Collaborate with senior leaders, clients, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment and visibility
- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate clear, consistent communication
- Offer guidance, training, and support to project teams on methodologies, tools, and processes
- Identify and act on opportunities to improve delivery workflows, tools, and operational performance
- Lead continuous improvement efforts within the Project Management Office (PMO)
- Ensure all projects follow internal policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
