TechOp Solutions is hiring a Project Manager (Remote) to provide operational leadership for all Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) program activities. In this role, you will ensure contract deliverables, workflow performance, and system operations meet all contractual and regulatory requirements. You will serve as the primary point of contact with Government stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Oversee all FOIA program operations to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant performance.
- Manage project staffing, schedules, workload distribution, and resource planning.
- Monitor performance metrics, workflow efficiency, and deliverable status; provide regular reports.
- Identify operational risks, performance gaps, and compliance issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure quality control processes are implemented and maintained across all FOIA activities.
- Provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff.
- Support continuous process improvement and program execution.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing team or federal operations.
- A minimum of 1 year of FOIA or related (records management, privacy, compliance function) experience.
- Holds an active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Strong understanding of FOIA and/or Privacy Programs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interface with leadership.

- A Bachelor’s degree.
