Netflix is hiring a Project Manager - PMO to provide professional project management for designated projects and assignments. You will interact with client representatives onsite, coordinate with the property or facility management team, and monitor services relating to client agreements for project management and tenant improvements.
What You'll Do
- Prepare agendas, develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines.
- Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews for clients and the project team.
- Assist in the selection, contracting process, and oversight of consultants and construction teams.
- Review requisitions, change orders, and other invoices, conferring with clients on costs and impacts.
- Support the marketing of services to clients as requested.
- Adhere to corporate, building, and client policies and procedures.
- Cooperate with other building personnel to achieve goals for quality, service, cost, and profit.
- Report major problems and results to your immediate supervisor.
- Advise and obtain necessary approvals for potential organizational changes or expenditures.
- Adhere to government laws, regulations, safety rules, and building codes.
- Maintain high qualitative and quantitative standards of work performance.
- Strive to improve skills and work knowledge, staying up to date in the field.
What We're Looking For
- B.S. Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
- Minimum of 5 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role.
- Minimum of 5 years project management experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity, including leading and developing employees.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects.
Team & Environment
You will work in collaboration with the assigned account manager, building or facility management team, clients, owners, and others, reporting to your immediate supervisor.
