Greenbone AG is looking for a Project Manager (m/w/d) to ensure the successful initiation, execution, and evaluation of projects across the company. You will play a key role in advancing and optimizing our project and portfolio management framework while collaborating directly with all specialist departments.
What You'll Do
- Further develop and optimize the project and portfolio management framework.
- Take responsibility for one or more projects from planning to completion.
- Manage complex IT projects in close coordination with customers and stakeholders.
- Introduce and maintain portfolio management processes and supporting tools.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and prioritize projects.
- Ensure economic framework conditions and compliance with high quality and security standards.
- Proactively identify risks and successfully implement countermeasures.
- Maintain a constant focus on customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Comprehensive experience in project and portfolio management.
- Experience in dealing with customers and stakeholders.
- Negotiation-level proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written.
- Basic understanding of technical contexts in software development.
- High comprehension: ability to understand both customer wishes and the capabilities of your teams.
- Team player with a willingness to delegate.
- Open to diverse challenges and comfortable with new topics, complex stakeholder constellations, and changing framework conditions.
