Nordex SE is looking for a Project Manager for Substations to assume operational responsibility for the sales and construction of substations in the Central Europe region. In this role, you will ensure the economical, timely, and high-quality execution of projects.

What You'll Do

Manage customer relationships and steer sales activities together with regional sales teams.
Expand and develop the global supplier network for components and services related to substations.
Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and project execution to align supplier capabilities with project requirements.
Identify synergies between regions to optimize cost structures and delivery times.
Ensure successful project execution in terms of budget, schedule, and quality.

What We're Looking For

A Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
Proven leadership experience in the energy industry.
Solid knowledge of the technical, commercial, and regulatory requirements of substation projects.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinking and high implementation competence.
Fluent German and English language skills.
