Lumen Technologies is looking for a Project Manager and Planner to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale fiber-optic network projects across North America. You will lead internal deployments and external reporting, managing resources and cross-functional teams to deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget.

What You'll Do

Create and oversee detailed project plans, including milestones, deliverables, and timelines, collaborating with Project Controls and other teams to update as needed.
Lead frequent end-to-end deployments to allocate resources, monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, facilitate communication, and ensure deliverable quality.
Provide reporting and inputs directly to the customer and keep a record of project status and updates.
Collaborate with Project Controls and Finance teams to track costs against the project budget and provide overall cost management.
Constantly monitor project execution and progress against the plan throughout the project lifecycle using project management tools.
Deliver multiple objectives in a dynamic, multi-faceted, and fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of relevant job experience.
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
An ability to reprioritize and embrace change.

Nice to Have

5+ years of related experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
Attention to detail with good organizational capabilities.
Experience in an engineering role that included a substantial business/financial focus.

Location Based Pay Ranges: $82,969 - $110,625 in AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, WY. $87,117 - $116,156 in CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, RI. $91,266 - $121,688 in AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, WA.
