Multiplica Talent is hiring a Project Manager Jr to coordinate and execute projects from initial scope definition through final delivery. You will ensure projects are completed on time, to the required quality, and manage communication with all stakeholders. What You'll Do
- Define and plan projects, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
- Monitor progress, supervise KPIs, prepare reports, and adjust plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Manage administrative aspects such as billing, payments, renewals, and documentation.
- Close projects in an orderly manner, ensuring delivery of all items and capturing key learnings.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in project management; the role is open to recent graduates.
Nice to Have
- Desirable certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or Prince2 Practitioner.
