Brightstar Lottery is hiring a Project Manager to manage multiple IT projects, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and facilitate information flow to achieve project objectives. You will be responsible for the full scope of large, complex assignments.
What You'll Do
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate the activities of multi-disciplinary teams to achieve project objectives and outcomes.
- Facilitate the flow of information among team members on assigned projects.
- Participate in removing project barriers and roadblocks.
- Develop, track, and report on project progress, schedules, and metrics.
- Complete the full scope of large, complex assignments involving multiple technology systems.
What We're Looking For
- 8 to 12 years of experience managing IT projects.
- 2 to 4 years of project or team lead experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical qualifications from a recognized institution.
- Effective communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of project management applications.
Nice to Have
- Professional project manager with experience running Software projects from conception to production-ready.
- Experience with highly complex projects involving tight schedules, volatile scope, and a multitude of competing priorities.
- Advanced knowledge or skills in engineering fields like software, hardware, firmware, or project management techniques and methods.
- Proficiency in Clarity and JIRA.
- Previous experience in a similar gaming or lottery industry setting.
