RS Group is looking for a Project Manager to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the entire project lifecycle, ensuring the successful delivery of complex initiatives from initiation to completion.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Lead and manage key workstream leads and project contributors.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting effective communication.
- Monitor and control project execution against the plan, identifying and addressing issues promptly.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between team members and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with key workstream leads to ensure seamless integration of workstreams.
- Advise on and implement project management frameworks and ways of working.
