Niagara Bottling, LLC is hiring a Project Management Support Supervisor to provide analytical support for line operations across all production facilities. In this remote role, you will lead a team and collaborate with vendors to improve systems and manage annual line rebuilds and overhauls.
What You'll Do
- Utilize system tools to analyze efficiencies of current line operations.
- Identify high-level risk areas within each line by site and encourage root cause corrective action.
- Develop automated reporting tools for management teams at each site and corporate office.
- Identify opportunities within current systems and work with vendors to determine compatibility.
- Provide recommendations to senior staff of appropriate enhancements and negotiate vendor contracts.
- Operate as on-site leader during projects, primarily annual overhauls (75% of responsibilities).
- Manage and supervise 4 department mechanics and work with the entire plant maintenance team.
- Be responsible for all technical and vendor issues related to projects.
- Handle all personnel issues with management and HR support.
- Serve as liaison between plant management and department management.
- Develop SOPs and job aids through observation and analysis.
- Utilize technician expertise to disseminate individual knowledge throughout department and company.
- Work with site-specific leaders to resolve system obstacles.
- Create and maintain communication channels for better information flow.
- Execute various special assignments (e.g., setting up new vendors, coordinating equipment transfer, analyzing financial impact).
What We're Looking For
- 2 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment.
- 2 Years – Experience managing people/projects.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other related field.
- Ability to travel approximately 100% of the year, both domestically and internationally.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

You will manage and supervise 4 department mechanics and work with the entire plant maintenance team and vendors. The role involves serving as a liaison between plant management and department management.

Work Mode
This is a remote position but requires travel to various domestic and international locations.
