Wipro is looking for a Project Lead for a product migration assignment. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for external customers, including Physicians and Hospitals, while working closely with cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and manage the migration of Revenue Cycle solutions. You'll be empowered to design your own reinvention within a company focused on end-to-end digital transformation.
What You'll Do
- Manage product implementation for existing clients adding new business or modifying current business.
- Conduct client outreach to kick off the product implementation or migration process.
- Present the project plan to the client, detailing product modules to be implemented per the signed contract.
- Set client expectations and define the scope of product migration activities.
- Educate the client on best practices and guide them through the product migration phase.
- Manage all communication with the client, including conducting meetings and conference calls.
- Coordinate, communicate, and accurately report all migration-related activities under the supervision of the Program Manager.
- Facilitate training needs, schedule client training, and report on training completion.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently with aggressive timeframes.
- Complete projects within set timelines while mitigating risks that could cause delays.
- Manage detailed work plans, schedules, and client status reports.
- Track and manage client product migration deliverables.
- Gather client requirements and collaborate with internal departments to resolve migration-related issues.
- Ensure a successful hand-off to the client services group for ongoing support post-migration.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client questions and issues during migration.
- Keep the project on track and in scope, anticipating and assessing project issues.
- Develop resolutions with the team and management to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
What We're Looking For
- 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- Mandatory skills in Data Security Consulting.
Team & Environment
You will work under the supervision of a Program Manager, reporting directly to them while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
