Lockheed Martin Canada is seeking a Project Engineer-Scrum Master to join the Aeronautics Model Based Sustainment team. In this role, you will serve as an Agile scrum master, guiding the team on best practices and facilitating execution within the Sustainment Transformation organization.
What You'll Do
- Lead the team on agile best practices and hold the team accountable within the 1LMX framework.
- Maintain and organize the product backlog.
- Collect and monitor team metrics and progress to ensure successful execution.
- Remove barriers for the team to facilitate smooth workflow.
- Facilitate collaboration through daily standups, demos, retrospectives, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and RTEs in the ART.
- Track risks and dependencies.
- Maintain Jira dashboards, structures, and boards to facilitate execution and planning.
- Ensure team ownership of stories and milestones in Jira in support of sprint and increment metrics.
- Utilize Agile Hive to help manage the team’s work.
What We're Looking For
- Scrum Master or Agile experience.
- Intermediate Jira skills.
- Ability to manage scrum efforts across multiple teams.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience planning, estimating, and tracking team throughput and performance.
Nice to Have
- Advanced Jira Automation and Structure skills, including creating/managing Structures and configuring team boards.
- Experience with Agile Hive.
- Familiarity with EVM and project management practices.
- Experience with Agile Best Practices and the SAFe Framework.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience managing and communicating scope change or growth.

- Compensation: $70,100 - $123,625 (base range for CA, MA, NY excluding most major metros, CO, HI, IL, MD, MN, NJ, VT, WA, DC); $80,600 - $139,840 (base range for most major metros in CA, MA, NY)
