C Spire is looking for a Project Delivery Manager to lead and develop a team responsible for delivering market research projects. In this remote role, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification, while actively working to improve processes and minimize panel attrition.
What You'll Do
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Fieldwork Coordinators, monitoring KPIs and workload distribution
- Supervise the accurate execution of end-to-end project-related tasks and ensure efficient, collaborative team work
- Create and execute improvement plans for underperforming team members
- Ensure team members are well-trained on guidelines and conduct regular audits to evaluate work quality
- Direct and support the team to deliver high-quality service to internal stakeholders
- Support the team in proactively seeking alternative fieldwork and custom recruitment strategies to address response rates and control costs
- Ensure team members track, monitor, and report on sampling performance and project costs to improve gross profit and timely delivery
- Provide constructive feedback and assist in bringing ideas to improve project delivery and reporting tools
- Collaborate with leadership to drive improvements and efficiencies across the project lifecycle
- Ensure team members coordinate multi-channel recruitment methodologies (email, calling, social media, online ads, etc.)
- Proactively check reports to identify project issues and ensure all custom recruitment efforts are deployed
- Ensure project tasks are completed according to established SLAs
- Utilize M3 platforms and tools to their best capabilities to support project goals
- Support the execution of client service improvement plans with a collaborative, solution-oriented approach
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of market research experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated knowledge of English grammar rules
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Basic math skills with the ability to calculate rates, profit, and other key metrics
- Interest, curiosity, or previous exposure to the healthcare space
- Strong critical thinking skills and initiative to proactively improve skills and troubleshoot
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively to meet study and departmental objectives
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and re-prioritize tasks throughout the day
- Exceptional time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
