Everlight Solar was looking for a Project Data Assistant

This fully remote position supports solar project execution by ensuring data integrity, clear communication, and timely project progression. The Project Data Assistant plays a key role in maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating between field teams and management, and upholding high standards of customer service throughout each project phase.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify project details with customers before, during, and after installation to ensure alignment and satisfaction
  • Manage multiple project workflows independently, prioritizing tasks and maintaining progress with minimal supervision
  • Act as a central point of contact for technicians, subcontractors, regulators, and internal teams
  • Review project plans and documentation for completeness and accuracy
  • Monitor equipment production timelines to support on-time delivery
  • Build strong working relationships with subcontractors across states and assist in onboarding new partners
  • Support sales goals through efficient project execution and accurate data tracking
  • Respond to inquiries with sound judgment and a calm, solution-focused approach

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in customer-facing contexts
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Apple ecosystem software (macOS, iOS, iWork)
  • Experience in solar energy projects or related fields preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks and meet deadlines consistently
  • Ability to remain composed and attentive when addressing customer concerns
  • Comfort working independently while collaborating across teams
  • Active participation in marketing and business development initiatives

Work Environment

This is a full-time, fully remote role. Candidates must have reliable internet and access to a Mac computer. The position requires authorization to work in the US and is subject to a background check.
