This fully remote position supports the end-to-end management of solar energy initiatives by maintaining precise documentation, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring projects move forward efficiently. As a key support to project leadership, you'll help bridge communication between technical teams, subcontractors, regulatory entities, and clients, ensuring alignment at every stage.
What You'll Do
- Verify project expectations with clients before, during, and after installation to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
- Manage multiple project timelines simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and adjusting workflows to meet deadlines.
- Act as a central point of contact between field teams, management, and external partners, resolving inquiries using sound judgment.
- Review project plans and documentation for completeness and accuracy, identifying discrepancies proactively.
- Monitor equipment production processes to uphold quality standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors across different regions, supporting onboarding and performance.
- Support sales growth by contributing to efficient project delivery and assisting with marketing and business development tasks.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with a focus on precision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in customer-facing situations.
- Calm and empathetic approach when addressing client concerns or complaints.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and fluency in the Apple ecosystem—must own a Mac and be comfortable using iOS, macOS, and iWork applications.
- Experience in solar energy projects or related fields is preferred.
- Demonstrated initiative and accountability in managing responsibilities from start to finish.
