AssistRx is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our PMO Team. Reporting to the Manager, Project Management, you will lead execution and change management of projects, primarily responsible for successfully executing change management processes and procedures.
What You'll Do
- Assist Project Managers with release coordination activities.
- Follow up on action items between team meetings and ensure accountability of team members.
- Execute upon change management processes and procedures.
- Interface with the IT organization to ensure alignment throughout the company.
- Identify project deliverable risks by monitoring development team sprint progress against project delivery dates and escalate to the Project Manager when appropriate.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) from a four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Deep technology skill set.
- Understanding of Change Management best practices.
- Advanced knowledge within Jira and Smartsheet.
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project.
