Progress is looking for a Software Engineer to join our Blazor team. You will develop native UI components for Blazor, enabling developers to build modern web interfaces without JavaScript. Your work will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining these components while contributing to our AI initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Blazor UI components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and design, to understand requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize the performance of UI components to ensure smooth and efficient user experiences.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and mentoring junior engineers.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by customers or QA team.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in web development.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of team workflows and development processes.
• Perform hands-on work with GitHub Copilot and contribute to AI initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Solid experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and GitHub Actions.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Eagerness to learn and improve.
• Focus and knowledge for writing optimized, high-performance and memory-efficient code.
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, including SAFe and Scrum.
• Eager to work on AI initiatives and participate in AI trainings.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience creating UI components (no matter the platform).
