AllShore Talent is hiring a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst for a maternity cover role expected to last approximately 1-2 years. You will operate at the intersection of business and IT, designing and developing enterprise-wide reporting, visualizations, and analytic solutions to provide actionable insights and drive business strategy.

What You'll Do

Oversee the development and implementation of BI solutions.
Collaborate with a team of BI analysts to coordinate development efforts.
Develop compelling dashboards and reports to track KPIs, identify trends, and monitor the business.
Provide actionable insights to help drive business strategy and technology projects.
Break down high-level business problems into specific questions answerable through data-driven analysis.
Lead requirements gathering sessions and effectively develop and communicate solutions to complex business problems.

What We're Looking For

Solid experience in an analytical role.
Expertise in solving challenges for Marketing, Engineering, Support, and Sales organizations using data and analytics.
Expertise in creating business, technical, and data source requirements.
Expertise in data visualization tools, preferably Tableau.
Proficiency with SQL.
Proven ability to drive multiple projects concurrently and manage conflicting priorities.
Strong attention to detail and proficiency in English.
Analytical, creative, and innovative approach to identify problems and drive solutions.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods.
Experience participating in cross-team business systems projects.

Nice to Have

Experience with Power BI.
Experience with Google Analytics and BigQuery.
Experience with data originating from Oracle, Salesforce, and Eloqua, or their equivalents.
Experience in Tableau Site Administration.
Working knowledge of statistics.
