Bell Canada Enterprises is hiring a Programming Specialist to join our team and assist the Manager, Network Presentation. In this role, you will be instrumental in preparing for LIVE and simulcast events, ensuring TSN programming runs smoothly across linear and digital platforms.
What You'll Do
- Determine optimal transmission sources and acquire all required production and commercial formats.
- Confirm all communication details for On-air Operations and Presentation groups.
- Maintain FEED Resource documentation with current information based on program needs.
- Follow program schedules and arrange tools required for the On-air Presentation group.
- Work cooperatively with internal departments to communicate all content plans effectively.
- Plan and communicate on-air troubleshooting scenarios for live events.
- Support International Clients and Networks requiring TSN productions.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to maintain accuracy while handling multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong error-catching skills and analytical ability to seek solutions.
- Comfortable managing your own deadlines while working collaboratively in a team.
- A proactive mindset with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency with Word tables and Excel.
Nice to Have
- Strong sports knowledge and a passion for sports.
- Experience in a Television Production, Broadcast Operations, or Transmission environment.
- Previous experience with IBMS.
