Junior Adventures Group is hiring a Programme Coordinator (Programme Lead) to manage and lead the delivery of our Before School, After School, and Holiday Clubs for primary school children. At our core, we believe this work goes beyond childcare; our purpose is rooted in supporting and making a positive impact on Ireland's families through these essential services.
What You'll Do
- Manage and lead a team dedicated to children's programming.
- Maintain the day-to-day activities and operations of the clubs.
- Interact with the children, their families, and other staff members each day.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with School Aged children for a minimum of 1 year.
- A Childcare qualification, such as Fetac Level 5 or an equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of child development.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- Garda vetting is an essential requirement.
- A valid Work Permit or VISA is essential.
- At least 2 written references checks are required before starting.
- Your own car is required for the programme lead role.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with school aged children for a minimum of 2 years.
Technical Stack
- Proficiency in technology and software, including Word, Outlook, Teams, and similar tools.
Work Mode
This is an onsite role based in Ireland.
