AECOM is hiring a Program Scheduler - Airport Project

About the Role

The selected candidate will manage complex scheduling requirements for an airport capital project, integrating planning inputs from multiple disciplines and ensuring adherence to milestones and contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain integrated master schedules for airport construction and infrastructure upgrades
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to define scope and sequencing
  • Utilize scheduling software to model project timelines and critical paths
  • Monitor progress against baseline schedules and identify potential delays
  • Produce regular schedule performance reports for internal and client review
  • Support change management processes with schedule impact assessments
  • Ensure compliance with contractual scheduling requirements and reporting formats
  • Facilitate schedule reconciliation meetings with design and construction teams
  • Integrate engineering, procurement, and construction milestones into unified timelines
  • Apply best practices in project controls and scheduling standards
  • Conduct schedule risk analysis and scenario planning
  • Maintain version control of schedule documentation
  • Coordinate with quality and safety teams to align project timelines
  • Assist in forecasting resource and milestone trends
  • Support earned value management through schedule performance data
  • Work with subcontractors to validate schedule inputs and updates
  • Ensure schedule data integrity across project management platforms
  • Participate in project governance meetings and schedule reviews
  • Track and report key performance indicators related to schedule adherence
  • Assist in the preparation of project forecasts and recovery plans

Project Scope

This role supports a large-scale airport modernization initiative involving terminal expansion, airfield improvements, and utility relocations. The project operates under a fast-track delivery model with overlapping design and construction phases.

Technology Environment

The team uses Oracle Primavera P6 for scheduling, Procore for document control, and Power BI for performance dashboards. Familiarity with BIM integration and 4D modeling is advantageous.

Work Location

Position is based at the project site with regular coordination required across remote offices and client locations.

Security Requirements

Applicants must be able to obtain and maintain airport security clearance for site access.
