Jobgether is looking for a Program Manager to lead and oversee a regional Disaster Case Management program. In this role, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality services to disaster-affected individuals and families while maintaining compliance with grant, state, and federal requirements. You'll manage staff, drive operational excellence, and collaborate with community and government partners.
What You'll Do
- Lead the overall Disaster Case Management program, ensuring staff meet deliverables and maintain compliance with FEMA, state, and organizational standards.
- Manage daily operations of program staff, overseeing case management services, reporting protocols, and office procedures.
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain qualified staff in collaboration with Human Resources and Supervisors.
- Supervise Case Manager Supervisors, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure quality leadership.
- Monitor case management quality and compliance, reviewing Individual Recovery Plans (IRPs), service plans, and case notes.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure staff are trained and supported to meet program goals.
- Prepare and analyze reports on program performance, compliance, and outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain partnerships with community organizations, government agencies, and other relief and recovery stakeholders.
- Participate in professional development and trainings to stay current with disaster management best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in social/behavioral health or a related field.
- 5+ years of management and supervision experience.
- Proven ability to lead teams, set expectations, and foster accountability, transparency, and collaboration.
- Strong knowledge of case management practices, trauma-informed care, and client-centered service delivery.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Valid driver’s license with clear record and access to a personal vehicle.
- Ability to travel up to 10% within a multi-county region.
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet program demands.
- Ability to pass criminal and background checks and maintain client confidentiality.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience in disaster or emergency services strongly preferred.
- Preferably including supervision of remote or multi-site staff.
