The Operational Technology & Analytics (OT&A) team under the COO Function will be instrumental in achieving strategic objectives by simplifying workflows, strengthening capabilities, and empowering teams to generate greater impact. The Program Lead is accountable for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of organizational programs or projects. This role encompasses managing cross-functional teams, ensuring strategic alignment, and delivering results punctually and within budgetary constraints. The Program Lead will serve as the primary communication conduit for program stakeholders and will be responsible for monitoring progress, mitigating potential risks, and guaranteeing comprehensive program success. Responsibilities: - Spearhead planning, implementation, and tracking of program activities from inception to completion. - Synchronize internal and external resources to ensure successful program objective execution. - Construct comprehensive program plans, including scope, timeline, milestones, budget, and resource distribution. - Track program performance utilizing appropriate systems, tools, and methodological approaches. - Recognize and manage program risks, challenges, and interdependencies. - Conduct regular status conferences and reporting with stakeholders. - Support organizational change management and communication initiatives related to the program. Critical Qualifications/Skills/Experience: Experience: Demonstrable experience (5+ years) in project management and contract oversight within expansive portfolios and matrix organizational structures. Exceptional stakeholder management expertise in real-time environments (logistics, shipping, etc.) with exposure to diverse stakeholder groups (internal/external, operational/executive levels). Comprehensive understanding of terminal operations, equipment, automated systems and controls, or related industrial infrastructures. (preferred) Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management & communication capabilities – ability to establish enduring successful relationships with varied stakeholder groups. Persuasive communicator, capable of influencing colleagues and third parties to achieve functional or project objectives. Superior prioritization skills and proactive approach - ability to motivate teams toward roadmap deliverable achievement and cultivate a performance-driven organizational culture. Highly motivated, self-driven, results-oriented professional. Demonstrates high disciplinary standards – consistently following through on commitments and ensuring comprehensive documentation. Elevated quality consciousness and capacity to work with meticulous attention. Culturally sensitive with extensive experience navigating multicultural environments, regarding colleagues, vendor employees, and additional stakeholders. Exceptional oral and written English communication proficiency. Additional language (Spanish) is advantageous.
