The University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Rheumatology, Immunology, and Allergy is hiring a Professor of Clinical Medicine. This academic clinician educator role provides leadership focused on clinical Rheumatology and medical education, working collaboratively across divisions and departments. Final faculty rank and title will be commensurate with experience.
What You'll Do
- Precept fellows, residents, and medical students in ambulatory and inpatient settings.
- Provide lectures and lead small group discussions for the College of Medicine and fellowship curriculum.
- Diagnose and treat disorders of the musculoskeletal system resulting from immune system dysfunction.
- Handle the diagnosis and management of a variety of rheumatologic and autoimmune disorders.
- Fulfill patient care responsibilities, including outpatient clinic, inpatient hospital service, and consultations.
- Teach and train learners at multiple levels in the education process.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Medical Degree (MD)
- Completion of a 4-year Internal Medicine residency/training
- Completion of a 2-year Rheumatology fellowship/training
- Ohio Medical License
