Dell Technologies is looking for a Professional Services Senior Consultant to provide technical and consultative guidance on complex solution engagements. In this role, you will deliver architectural design and strategies to help customers gain market share and increase operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical expertise in important pre-sales and post-sales meetings or presentations.
- Participate in the installation, customization, and integration of Dell Technologies solutions in customer data centers.
- Work on complex projects while managing multiple work streams.
- Leverage in-depth industry knowledge to assist customers in achieving their business goals.
What We're Looking For
- 8–12 years of related professional experience.
- Proven experience with the installation, customization, and integration of highly complex architectures, especially in Server, Networking, Generative AI, and High-Performance Computing.
- Experience executing projects with approved methodology while adhering to margin, planning, and SOW requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to influence and interact at all levels.
- Ability to travel up to 75% to client sites within the region and nationally as needed.
- Proven ability to work independently within a team structure.
- Must be physically able to lift and move enterprise hardware in a customer environment.
- Must have a Department of Defense (DoD) Clearance or be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a DoD clearance.

- A Bachelor’s degree.
- Industry technical certifications.
- Advanced knowledge of business and technology transformation programs such as Generative AI and High-Performance Computing.
