Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation is seeking a Production Scheduling Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will develop a balanced production program based on demand, capacity, hours, and resource availability. You will monitor daily results and make necessary adjustments to meet customer requirements.
What You'll Do
- Answer and follow customer requirements.
- Update databases and communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
- Handle more than two customers at a time.
- Upgrade the production program and make necessary adjustments when contingencies arise.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
- Experience in production control.
- MRP environment knowledge.
- Demand balance and MIN MAX systems experience.
- Proven communication, teamwork, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and proactive capacity.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Advanced English level.
Nice to Have
- Windows Office (Excel Macros and Visual Basic is a plus).
