Sasol is offering a Production Learnership Program for recent graduates in Temane, Mozambique. This 12-month internship provides hands-on experience within our Central Processing Facility, allowing you to gain practical skills in specific production areas.
What You'll Do
- Undertake a structured, 12-month internship in the Central Processing Facility.
- Gain practical, on-the-job experience within specific production areas.
- Apply and develop technical skills within an operational energy environment.
What We're Looking For
- Be a Mozambican national with a valid Mozambican ID.
- Reside in Inhambane Province.
- Be between 18 and 35 years old.
- Be a recent graduate (academic year 2024/25).
- Never have previously benefited from a professional internship at Sasol.
- Hold a Level 4 Vocational Certificate in Natural Gas Processing as a minimum requirement.
Nice to Have
- Residing near Sasol’s operational sites in Inhambane Province.
- Knowledge of the English language.
- Having a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Process Engineering and/or Chemical Engineering.

This learnership is an onsite position based in Temane, Mozambique.
