Real is looking for a Production Designer to join our mission to revolutionize the home-buying and selling process. In this role, you will focus on recreating Figma designs on a Canva-like platform for a variety of marketing materials, collaborating with teams to develop visual solutions that align with our brand identity.
What You'll Do
- Recreate designs made originally in Figma on a Canva-like platform, including social media posts, postcards, letterheads, and flyers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective visual solutions aligned with Real's brand identity.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure consistency in brand application across various platforms and materials.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or certification in graphic design, UX/UI/HCI, motion design, advertising/art direction, marketing, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Expert knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Google Suite.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities.
