Real is looking for a Production Designer to join our mission to revolutionize the home-buying and selling process. In this role, you will focus on recreating Figma designs on a Canva-like platform for a variety of marketing materials, collaborating with teams to develop visual solutions that align with our brand identity.

What You'll Do

Recreate designs made originally in Figma on a Canva-like platform, including social media posts, postcards, letterheads, and flyers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective visual solutions aligned with Real's brand identity.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ensure consistency in brand application across various platforms and materials.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree or certification in graphic design, UX/UI/HCI, motion design, advertising/art direction, marketing, or a related field.
1-5 years of professional graphic design experience.
Expert knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Google Suite.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities.
