Stellantis is seeking a Production and Maintenance Supervisor to lead production and maintenance operations within our manufacturing plant. In this role, you will implement Stellantis operating systems, manage human and equipment resources, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve key plant performance targets.
What You'll Do
- Implement the Stellantis operating system in your assigned area according to the plant's Route Map.
- Supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring all work complies with the safety pillar (SAF) norms.
- Implement the professional maintenance system within your assigned area.
- Administer, direct, and control human resources, equipment, and facilities to achieve SQDCME results aligned with the plant scorecard.
- Perform root cause analysis of area breakdowns through EWOS.
- Analyze, direct, and authorize the assignment of M.O.I. according to established processes.
- Manage technical and facilities suppliers (e.g., cleaning, robots, electrical, civil works, PLC, welding).
- Coordinate with different departments on corrective and preventive actions to resolve issues affecting vehicle quality and process.
- Direct and coordinate activities to comply with maintenance programs, guaranteeing established process and quality standards.
- Direct and coordinate the identification of losses and waste to develop and implement improvement ideas and KAIZEN projects using Stellantis methodology.
- Maintain control of deliverables by pillar for your area (unsafe acts/conditions, kaizens, improvement ideas, suggestions, EWO analysis, problem solving, MRO control, scrap).
- Manage and control costs in services, spare parts, labor, supplies, and consumables, seeking constant savings through improvements and best practices while avoiding waste.
- Protect and promote environmental protection by applying environmental policies and standards in all shift activities.
