TE Connectivity is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee equipment maintenance and lead preventive programs that extend the lifespan of our machines and facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for programming, diagnosing, and optimizing automated equipment to ensure plant operational continuity. What You'll Do
- Oversee maintenance goal setting, activity scheduling, and performance management.
- Supervise and implement continuous improvement projects to improve safety, quality, and efficiency using methodologies like Kaizen, 8D, and Lean Six Sigma.
- Oversee preventive and condition-based maintenance targeting maximum equipment availability and zero production downtime.
- Develop and publish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for facility utilization and maintenance.
- Program, modify, and optimize PLCs in industrial machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve failures in automated systems to reduce downtime.
- Integrate sensors, actuators, drives, and control systems.
- Interpret, update, and generate electrical and control diagrams.
- Provide technical support to production and maintenance teams.
- Ensure efficient, safe, and reliable equipment operation.
- Participate in continuous improvement and automation projects.
- Implement solutions that increase productivity, safety, and process performance.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, or similar).
- Advanced English proficiency.
- More than 5 years of experience in industrial automation and control.
- PLC programming knowledge (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens, or others).
- HMI handling and programming.
- Industrial networks knowledge (Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Profinet, etc.).
- Fault diagnosis in automated equipment.
- Integration of control systems in industrial processes.
