General Motors (GM) is hiring a Product Support Specialist - Americas to provide direct product support for our complex hiring software platform. You will work with customers on complex integration troubleshooting and detailed workflow instructions, while also contributing to internal projects that improve team efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with customers on support tickets requiring complex integration troubleshooting.
- Provide customers with detailed workflow instructions.
- Work on projects that improve team workflows and efficacy, such as developing workflow automation.
- Absorb and synthesize highly technical work from the Engineering Team to create enablement for technical up-leveling of the broader Support Team.
What We're Looking For
- Experience offering B2B support to customers ranging from Small Business through Enterprise organizations.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including defining problem scope and creating comprehensive solutions.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to provide thorough, clear, and empathetic customer responses.
- A proactive sense of ownership in finding solutions for customers, using principled thinking.
- Experience with and excitement to learn the ins and outs of a complex and rapidly evolving product.
- Curiosity in addressing customer issues and creating solutions that improve workflows.
- Ability to be a self-starter in a remote role.
Team & Environment
The Support team is viewed as an extension of the product. You will report to the Support Manager.
