Zipdev is seeking a Product & Supply Chain Project Manager to join our team supporting Hologenix, a materials science company. You'll be responsible for driving operational excellence through project management, data management, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You'll Do

• Input, delegate, and track hundreds of projects through Monday.com.
• Ensure all follow-up tasks and deadlines are met by the team.
• Support the CPO with prioritization and delegation of tasks across the team.
• Maintain critical supply chain data, such as prices and specifications.
• Update and manage systems including Monday.com, SharePoint, Excel, and Salesforce.
• Analyze sales data and trends to forecast demand and place orders proactively.
• Work closely with the entire client's team to ensure alignment and clear communication.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Extremely organized with the ability to keep entire teams on task.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics and operations roles.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Monday.com, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint.
• Experience with Salesforce and Zoom.
• Can work autonomously and make decisions to support the team without being told what to do.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• High tolerance for ambiguity and change.
• Excellent communicator, highly organized.
• Excellent fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Currently living in Latin America.

Nice to Have

• Project Management experience preferably within the textile industry.
• Logistics and operations experience preferably within the textile industry.
