About the Role
The individual in this role will drive sales of EHS products by engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, and delivering tailored solutions to meet business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for EHS products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential buyers
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay current on product features, industry trends, and regulations
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
- Provide feedback to product teams based on customer input
- Follow up on customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Support marketing initiatives with field insights
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Coordinate with logistics for timely product delivery
- Track inventory availability in coordination with supply chain
- Educate customers on proper use and benefits of EHS products
- Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics
- Use CRM tools to manage accounts and forecast sales
- Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions
- Develop account plans for key customers
- Respond to requests for proposals and bids
- Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements related to EHS products
- Assist in training new team members when needed
