About the Role

The individual in this role will drive sales of EHS products by engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, and delivering tailored solutions to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for EHS products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential buyers
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay current on product features, industry trends, and regulations
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
  • Provide feedback to product teams based on customer input
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
  • Support marketing initiatives with field insights
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
  • Coordinate with logistics for timely product delivery
  • Track inventory availability in coordination with supply chain
  • Educate customers on proper use and benefits of EHS products
  • Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics
  • Use CRM tools to manage accounts and forecast sales
  • Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions
  • Develop account plans for key customers
  • Respond to requests for proposals and bids
  • Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements related to EHS products
  • Assist in training new team members when needed
