The Product Quality Tester plays a key role in delivering reliable, high-performing gaming hardware. Based in Chennai, you will work directly with engineering teams to validate electronic devices including controllers, simulators, mice, and keyboards. Your responsibilities include executing both manual and automated test procedures, using lab equipment and test benches to verify functionality and durability.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct validation testing on consumer electronics according to defined plans and technical specifications
- Use protocol analyzers and electronic measurement tools to assess performance
- Document and track bugs with clear, actionable details
- Assemble, disassemble, and modify electronic components following schematics and drawings
- Perform wiring tasks including crimping, soldering, and routing of cables
- Build and adapt wiring harnesses based on engineering requirements
- Support the maintenance and improvement of test systems
Qualifications
You bring hands-on experience with electronic devices and a solid understanding of testing principles. Familiarity with gaming peripherals and gameplay across racing, flight, and shooter genres is essential. You are comfortable reading electronics schematics and using diagnostic tools.
- Proven experience in manual and automated testing, preferably in consumer electronics
- Background in quality assurance or strong interest in quality-focused roles
- Technical skills in soldering, circuit modification, and DIY electronics
- Ability to work independently, solve problems efficiently, and maintain rigorous standards
- Fluency in English is required

- Knowledge of embedded software or general software concepts
