GFT Technologies SE is seeking a hybrid-profile Product Owner to lead portfolio structure and governance within the context of Salesforce Revenue Cloud. This role is pivotal in organizing SKUs, attributes, pricing, and eligibility rules, ensuring services are modeled in a configurable, scalable way that adheres to platform best practices.
What You'll Do
- Lead portfolio structure and governance within the Salesforce Revenue Cloud context.
- Organize SKUs, attributes, eligibility rules, and pricing.
- Ensure services are modeled to be configurable, scalable, and adherent to platform best practices.
- Prioritize backlog, define acceptance criteria, and align business and technology.
- Structure canonical service models (base SKU, attributes, and dependencies).
- Rationalize portfolio and reduce commercial complexity.
- Ensure the service catalog is organized, governed, and scalable, enabling structured adoption of Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or backlog manager in Salesforce projects.
- Experience modeling product or service catalogs.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Revenue Cloud).
- Knowledge of eligibility rules, pricing, and portfolio structuring.
- Experience in digital transformation projects and integration with legacy systems.
- Ability to prioritize backlog, define acceptance criteria, and align business and technology.
- Experience structuring canonical service models (base SKU, attributes, and dependencies).
- Experience rationalizing portfolio and reducing commercial complexity.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud or CPQ.
- Background in industries with complex service portfolios (insurance, utilities, assistance, telecom).
- Experience in catalog rationalization and reducing excessive combinations.
- Knowledge of B2C and B2B2C models.
- Experience building governed omni-channel catalogs.
