We are seeking a Product Owner for AI & Agentforce Delivery with extensive understanding of Salesforce and AI solutions. The ideal candidate will manage customer-facing Agentforce and AI implementation projects while supporting internal initiatives. Strategic planning, detailed project management, and confident stakeholder engagement are critical skills. Responsibilities: - Serve as a thought leader guiding customer and internal teams in defining use cases and business outcomes - Facilitate smooth customer transitions from sales to project delivery - Manage project financials, scope, and scheduling - Act as primary client contact for operational project aspects - Lead status meetings with project teams and stakeholders - Manage project team members during solution delivery - Document and measure solution outcomes - Drive internal initiatives fostering innovation and efficiency Required Qualifications: - 5+ years leading AI-related implementation projects on Salesforce/AWS platforms - Outstanding communication skills across all organizational levels - Professional services/consulting environment experience - Project management or scrum leadership background - Expertise in estimation, sizing, and contract management - Salesforce Admin and Sales/Service Cloud Consultant certifications - Proven track record of scope management and documentation Preferred Skills: - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology or Management Organizational Culture: - Flexible remote and in-person work environment - Potential travel up to 25% - Trust-based workplace valuing work quality over strict hours - Collaborative team culture - Regular celebration of team achievements
