Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary internal and external expert for assigned product features, driving revenue growth and market performance through strategic go-to-market execution.
- Support the creation and enhancement of sales enablement tools and content, crafting compelling messaging and training sales, pre-sales, and customer success teams on feature value and positioning.
- Design and execute go-to-market plans for both new and existing features, including channel strategy, competitive analysis, pricing, positioning, and target setting.
- Partner with marketing teams to develop integrated campaigns across digital channels, including social media, advertising, SEO, and landing pages to highlight feature benefits.
- Support broader product marketing initiatives such as release communications, roadmap updates, analyst research interpretation, and vertical-specific market analysis.
- Lead efforts to increase product adoption by coordinating user training, deploying in-app notifications, and designing product-led growth tactics to drive upsell opportunities.
- Help plan and deliver events such as webinars, workshops, beta launches, and training sessions to engage current and prospective customers.
- Track business performance and feature impact by collecting KPIs, monitoring sales pipelines, and facilitating cross-team reviews to refine strategies.
