Responsibilities
- Define and implement product vision for a suite of prominent casual games, focusing on arcade, puzzle, and trivia categories.
- Partner with major intellectual property owners to adapt iconic characters and universes into compelling casual gameplay experiences.
- Lead, develop, and expand a team of Product Managers and Designers, promoting a culture rooted in data-informed creativity and high performance.
- Manage the complete product lifecycle, from initial concept through live operations, delivering consistent updates that boost player retention and revenue.
- Analyze in-depth data on game economies and user behavior to uncover growth opportunities, crafting strategies that support both engagement and profitability.
- Monitor and interpret market trends in casual gaming genres to maintain competitive edge and product innovation.
- Collaborate across departments with Engineering, Art, and User Acquisition teams to align product objectives with technical capabilities and marketing plans.
