About Headquarters Headquarters (HQ) establishes and manages the administrative infrastructure for cannabis enterprises—multi-state operators, brands, and retail establishments. We integrate highly skilled operational teams with innovative workflows, data analytics, and automated processes to deliver strategic cost reductions, accounts receivable acceleration, inventory precision, sales operations support, and retail margin enhancement. We are expanding our internal technological framework to construct a comprehensive cannabis technology ecosystem through a combination of proprietary tools (accounts receivable dashboards, credit evaluation systems, automation platforms, vendor-managed inventory modules, reporting environments) and strategic API connections with industry-leading platforms. Role Overview The Product Manager will serve as the critical connective element across HQ's service, engineering, data, and delivery departments. You will: 1. Establish business objectives for each technological tool HQ develops. 2. Determine optimization strategies for module development within the cannabis technology infrastructure. 3. Prioritize competing internal initiatives and maintain a definitive reference point for development priorities, rationales, and sequencing. 4. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, business development, and delivery teams to ensure each release directly impacts client performance. 5. Spearhead product exploration throughout the cannabis ecosystem—understanding technological boundaries and identifying strategic opportunities. Key Responsibilities 1. Product Strategy & Roadmapping - Manage HQ's technology development trajectory - Prioritize initiatives based on strategic value and client impact - Convert complex business challenges into precise product specifications - Maintain a synchronized roadmap aligning multiple organizational stakeholders 2. Business Outcome Definition - Define success metrics for each tool and feature - Synchronize outcomes with executive-level priorities - Guarantee quantifiable return on investment for every development initiative 3.
